I normally post on this newsletter about shitcoin goings on etc. I wanted to take a short editor break however and give you an update about what’s going on with my bitcoin education project, Base58.
We just had our first ever in-person Lightning class last week, at Bitcoin Park in Nashville. There were 6 people in the first ever class, and we had a really great time. Here’s a few reviews we got from people in the class.
Upcoming Classes
We’ve got a whole bunch of new classes coming out this fall! More Lightning, plus our first ever Taproot course which is premiering (at a significant discount!) at TABConf this coming September.
We’ll be running the Taproot TABConf class at Atlanta’s BitLab!
Applications Open!
To keep the classes small and ensuring that everyone has a reasonable chance of keeping up, we’ll be requiring an application for both the Lightning and Taproot classes.
You can find out more and apply now on the website.
If you haven’t taken the Base58 Bitcoin Developer Basics course yet you can either sign up for our upcoming weekends only class (Saturdays in August + Sept) or check out the first half of the class on Udemy.
What’s coming next?
Currently working on expanding our online offerings, to add the second half of the Bitcoin Developer Basics class to Udemy, as well as building out the Taproot class so I’ll be ready for our September launch.
Hope to see some of you in classes this Fall!
